Pacific Northwest RSO Challenge Test
RSO is a required general safety orientation that is accepted by all oil refinery facilities in California, Washington State and North Dakota. This test-out option allows current holders of RSO cards the opportunity to renew their refinery safety overview certification for an additional two (2) years. Candidates must successfully complete the 60-question exam with a score of 80% or higher in less than 2 hours to pass the challenge test. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive an OSCA RSO badge, which will be valid for two (2) Years from the date of the test.
