OSCA/ASAP has entered into a unique alliance with the Houston Area Safety Council (HASC) that allows for a mutual exchange of employees' training history. In addition, contractors who are exporting employees to work at southern California refineries can fulfill their Los Angeles Refinery Safety Overview (LARSO) and specific owner site requirements through the Houston Area Safety Council. The following training courses are available through HASC:
