The responsibility of administrating company programs can often require more time than you can afford.

Within the OSCA/ASAP system you can delegate specific levels of permission to members of your team to assist you in managing your company's drug and alcohol, training and orientation programs. This can be accomplished with the assurance and security of knowing that your confidential data is protected!

With our exclusive Security PLUS System, the Primary Designated Employer Representative (DER) has control over the database functions and permission levels that are assigned to their staff members. You provide them with the ability to view or manipulate only that data within the OSCA/ASAP database that you have delegated.

Work Locations
Security Plus not only provides you with added security in assigning permission levels, but also provides ease in managing your overall employee data. By assigning employees to individual work locations, you can sort/ query employees for a variety of tasks such as: allocating funds by project for billing purposes, tracking employees involved in the random drug and alcohol selection process, and moving employees from one job location to another.

You may set up your work locations to query by alphanumeric, P.O. #, project name or any unique identifier you create.
