Description:
HITS/LPS is an instructor-led course designed to further the concept of behavior change by building on the e-learning experience and applying it in a classroom setting. Learners are exposed to LPS culture - what, why, when, and how – using group, table and individual exercises, and other adult-style learning techniques to actively engage the workers and to drive a higher retention level for ongoing use in the field. The HITS/LPS program emphasizes the use of LPS tools, such as JHA, JSEA, SPSA, NL by contract workers.
