Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC)

Description: SPCC training is a requirement of 40 CFR part 112 under the Clean Water Act. The SPCC regulation was developed to prevent oil releases at facilities. This training was developed to give you a general overview of SPCC requirements. Any employee involved in oil handling, transfer, storage, spill response or maintenance of oil equipment must participate in the SPCC training program.
