Description: Upon completion of this course the student will be able to: describe the differences between mentoring and job performance evaluations, explain the evaluator’s role in helping to meet the needs of the student, describe how to develop an employee evaluation plan, define the elements of a competency profile, and discuss the methods for assessing knowledge, skills, attributes, and the common barriers to accurate observation. The student will be able to describe how to teach job task knowledge, describe how to teach job skills, and describe how to give and receive feedback
